Perfume Oils Information TOP
Although we have never had a complaint regarding an allergic reaction to our oils, as with any new product we do recommend that you try a small allergy skin test before applying generously (see our terms of sale section). You apply our oils as you would any perfume by applying to the wrist (or other pulse points) and gently rubbing wrists together - to allow the oil to absorb & dry. Our oils do not leave any residue on your skin. No matter what the color - you will not see the oil but you will certainly smell it :) Do not apply or roll perfume oils directly to clothing, as with any oil based product it may cause a stain. The "shelf life" on our oils is over about a year if stored properly in a cool, dry & shaded place. On average, if applied sparingly daily, a 1/3oz bottle of perfume oil will typically last about a month & a 1oz bottle of perfume oil will typically last about three months. The time is more if you use less or less if you use more. Our perfume oils have a shelf life of approx. 1 year and are made fresh to order! Note To Canada & International Customers - We understand that USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping is high for our international customers. We were very upset when USPS increased their rates recently but we want to ensure that we have tried many other methods/companies in the past & USPS has been the most reliable/best method for our customers... we recently used another (popular) company to ship a package to a customer in Canada - The shipping cost for a 5lb package (valued at $45.00) was about $18.00 BUT when she received it... she had to pay $37.00! $6.00 was GST & the rest was this companies "brokerage fees"?! She saved on initial shipping costs but after the hidden fees, she ended up paying $45.00 for shipping!! Just one of the reasons we prefer USPS :) Estimated Delivery Time TOP
Unlike many on-line companies we process each of our orders one at a time, by hand & paying close attention to detail. Please keep in mind we hand-blend all our perfume oils, bath & body products & mineral makeup products one at a time, each is made fresh to order tailored to your specific requests. The upside of having custom made products is that they are delivered fresh & the way you want them but this also means it takes us a little more time. We work very hard & do our best to get your orders out to you securely, accurately and as fast as we can. We ask our customers to allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your order, make your items, prepare and ship them.

All Bath-&-Body and Mineral Makeup Products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. Perfume oils, essential oils, lotions, shower gels, bath salts, body sprays, air fresheners, mineral makeup & tea ect. all sales are final. For sanitary reasons, we cannot take them back nor resell them. We also do not offer any type of fragrance or shade exchanges. We suggest you try our oils on before deciding if you like them or not. They smell different on then they do in the bottle. They combine with the oils in your skin making each scent a signature scent that is unique to you!
We use delivery confirmation and insurance on all the items we ship & all of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please email us within 7 days of receiving (delivery confirmation date) to receive an exchange (see below for terms). Once we receive the damaged item back we will send out the exchange. We will file any necessary claims with the shipping company.
Return Merchandise &/or Refund Terms

- On Returns - The merchandise must be unopened, unused & in its original packaging. The merchandise must be in its original and re-sellable condition. The customer pays the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving (verified by delivery confirmation date). In your email, notifying us of the request to return, please include reason for returning and the date you will be shipping back to us. Returns must be received within 7-10 days of email or it will be marked "return to sender" and return not honored. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, for the return. Refunded amount will be issued via check or via PayPal at companies discretion. Any returns made without authorization, notification or after date noted will not be allowed and return will not be honored.

On Damaged Returns / Exchanges - The damaged item must be returned to us in the original packaging & in the original shipping package. The customer pays the return shipping costs but we will pay the shipping costs to ship the new item. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving (verified by delivery confirmation date). In your email, notifying us of the damage and the request for a new item, please include the date you will be shipping back to us. Returns must be received within 7-10 days of email or it will be marked "return to sender" and the exchange not honored. Once we receive the damaged item we will ship out the new item. We try our hardest to make sure all orders are shipped accurately. We have a series of check points in the shipping process to ensure everything you have ordered is included in your package. But we are human and there always is a possibility of a missed item or mistake. When you receive your order please review carefully to make sure all items have arrived as ordered. Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 48-72 hours of delivery. You can email us anytime to report any problem. After 72 hours from delivery, if we do not hear from you, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be excepted after that time for missing items or mistakes. If your order does not include an item you have purchased please make sure there is no note stating "back order" or "out of stock". Because we hand make most all of our products this very rarely ever happens but we do carry a few products from other companies on our site and because of this the possibility does exist. If an item is out of stock or on back order we will refund the cost of this item with a note of such to please purchase at a later date. In all the years we have been doing this, this has never happened but there is always a first time for everything... so we thought we would address this issue prior to it arising :o) Security Protection TOP
We use PayPal for all our on-line payments. PayPal uses many features that offer many layers of protection for both the customer and the merchant. Although we prefer to use PayPal, for the added security it offerers our customers when sending payments to us, you can always mail your payment (see personal check/money order FAQ).
