Mystic Memories Wholesale News Updates

Our wholesale website is a little different than our retail website. Instead of listing products by artist only, we will be listing products under categories e.g. perfume oils / bath & body etc. This will make it easier to find the products you require for ordering & reordering. You can also search for specific product names in our search bar.

Our wholesale discounts are typically 50% off suggested retail price (price shown on the website). To qualify for wholesale pricing or to see the wholesale discounts in your shopping cart, you must sign up for a wholesale account with us and then be logged into your wholesale account prior to processing your order.

We try to process all wholesale requests within 24-48 hours... to ensure quick approval process please make sure you include all required information with your wholesale application which includes:

Company Name, Your Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Website

& ALL US Customers MUST Provide A Tax ID/Re-Sale Number

We will send you an email notifying you once your wholesale account is approved. Please feel free to contact us anytime with questions, comments or suggestions... we love to hear from our customers :)

We originally added retail info/message to our Retail FAQ page & Ebay "About Me" Page when this issue was noted back in August of 2007.

It has unfortunately came to our attention that some companies have still been using our wording &/or photos without permission. As well as using our product description, company phases &/or wording then changing it slightly to describe their own produts... This is a DIRECT violation of Federal Copyright Law!! We were advised in August to contact our attorney BUT we were giving these companies ample time to do the right thing!! It is unfortunate that we have to post this on our website but we were advised to do so, to ensure there would be no mistake that we will protect our company rights to the fullest. If these violations are not fixed immediately, continue &/or happen again we will take further action to protect our company rights.

We take protection of our intellectual property, which includes (but not limited to) our logos, trademarks, copyrights, product descriptions, product names, product titles (e.g. "Creative Minerals" "Fairy/Faery Minerals" etc.), wording &/or any other written or photographic material created by us, very seriously. These things are a very valuable & important asset to our brand, reputation and our company. Any, but not limited to, logos, trademarks, copyrights, product descriptions, product names, product titles (e.g. "Creative Minerals" etc.), wording/phrasing &/or sayings or any other written or photographic material listed on our website, eBay listings &/or Mystic Memories materials can not be used without our written permission. We are the creators of them, therefore we own the rights to them according to the Federal Copyright Office. With this said, please do not copy any materials from our website, ebay listings &/or any Mystic Memories products without written permission. We will report any infringements or misuses immediately to appropriate departments &/or take appropriate actions to fully protect our rights.

Furthermore, all artwork on our site & artwork that is on our products are copywrited by each artist and can only be used with artists permission for specific products licensed for this artwork. We have been licensed to use this artwork on our products & sell these products both retail & wholesale. These products can only be sold by us here at Mystic Memories or by one of our many approved companies/stores/websites. Please do not sell our products without our permission, to do so you must be signed up for our wholesale program.
